The Dusseldorf based operator Blue Wings has announced to cease operations with immediate effect.
This is already the 2nd operations stop for Blue Wings as their AOC was suspended between 31 - MAR 2010 and 04 - May 2009 due to financial problems.
Blue WIngs was operating with 7 Airbus A320-200 and had 20 Airbus A320-200 and 4 Airbus A321-200 with Airbus Industries on Order.
Small addition: BLuen WIngs has officially filed for bankcruptcy yesterday with the court in Dusseldorf, all employees are being fired and the airline completely closes operations for ever.
